Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Take the role because you can take the title with you and get the comp elsewhere.
If you’re not interested in leaving…tell them what you want out of the deal. You need to benefit from it while you’re there!
Are you officially promoted or unofficially performing at that level in some capacity?
Most companies will want you to start performing at the level before actually promoting you. Then when promo / compensation time rolls around they have a good talk track to get you promoted and a raise.
I think one thing a lot of people forget is that your direct boss may want to get you a raise, but they have to sell the idea to someone higher up. They need talking points to make that happen. So try to work with them to get those talking points down.
If it is an official promotion with increased responsibility it should come with a raise. I would probably still take it if I wasn't getting a raise. But they I would start my own countdown clock to when they said they could get me a raise and when I would start job hunting if they can't make a raise happen. It's very important to make notes and write down dates for yourself. That way you can make informed decisions if they are stringing you along.
I would think at this point your best bet is to accept it. If you turn it down you still probably have the same functional responsibility. If you aren’t getting increased comp it’s time to lateral and showing you got a title bump will help with the lateral
This is a very common scenario often referred to as a "dry promotion"—getting the title and responsibility without the immediate paycheck increase. Do not take the promotion based on verbal promises alone - Get it in writing, define the success metrics, document everything, and negotiate alternatives. If the raise doesn't materialize, then start seeking other employment elsewhere. Remember get the experience but ensure you are paid for it especially in corporate world today.
Good advice. The getting it in writing won't make it automatic. But it can stop people from forgetting and that may help. Also nice so you can be confident about what they promised when you decide to leave and not be strung along.
I would consider taking the role, if the raise doesn't come in 6 months, then start looking elsewhere, And add this experience to your resume, it would help.
Was any of this in writing? Especially the promised compensation review, and what you need to do in order to get this raise, and how much of a raise
