My company is forcing RTO on us. Could they not have at least waited to be done with the holiday season? I'm considering asking for a raise since I'm going to have to go in at least 3 days a week. That's roughly an easy $300 or more a month in gas + parking that I was able to save earlier... How do companies not know that this is literally an unsaid pay cut? Guess they just don't care. I wanted to ask over here how I can frame my request for a raise without getting pushback. Ideas??

2) Are Strategy roles better perceived than Marketing roles and will have higher long-term pay potential? (I went to business school where almost everybody wants to do Strategy...)
