I do got a job offer from a different company but the salary is way lower than what I have now (20,000$ less). I'll be moving with family. Wife may not immediately start working (,find a new job, we have a toddler daughter as well 2 YO).

I personally don't find this offer commercially attractive. Can someone offer some counter arguments?

I’m earning 42.2K p.a They want me to go full time as I am graduating however I don’t know what the base salary for an analyst with 18 months experience would be. Have a chance to do a secondment in PE Deal Origination in a sector I’m interested in long term.
