My date of joining (DOJ) is 25th November, but due to some background verification (BGV) issues, the HR informed me that my DOJ might be postponed. Until yesterday, I could see my offer letter and cover letter in the Workday portal under the "Task Completed" tab. However, today, under the "Task Completed" tab, I can see only one task as completed: "Document Collection." I no longer see my offer letter or cover letter. I am really scared. Can anyone please share their suggestions?
