My employment permit is approved, and also received a letter of approval. Woohoo! My next step is to apply for my visa. Has anyone been through this process? How easy or not was it? Let me know if there were any unexpected hurdles along the way as an Indian citizen.

Has anyone tried CeraVe daytime face lotion with 30 spf? I use and love the PM (even during the day in winter) and want to add SPF during the day without risking breakouts. Unfortunately I have dry, yet sensitive, acne prone skin.

I was interviewed for a perticular customer, which went well and also received an offer. Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. However parent company still hired me and now they're in process of allocating me in some other clients. Sometimes i feel insecure about this situation. How to cope up with such cases?
