My HR has asked me to either apply for leave or show non-billable hours in my timesheet, even though I am actively working on a project.This is apparently due to my utilisation being higher than expected. I wanted to understand — is this considered an ethical practice?

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? What's with the probation period with Deloitte India? What's the rate of termination, if there are any, unlike the other firms (who have a probation but 99.99% of the employees are confirmed at the end of probation).
