At present I am working in ICICI Bank NRI department Product team . Its 3 months, I was assured some different job role buy now I am asked to do something else . I don't see any growth in this role , I am not able to enhance my skill.
I am looking for a change internal or external and not in a hurry.

Please let me know courses or skills which I can work on so that I can change to a better role/ job in future .

Hi Fishes, I cleared an AVP role in JP, Hyderabad. I'm currently at 22 LPA and JP is offering a 45% on this. I have 17 years of experience and 13 years association with Deloitte. Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon?
