At present I am working in ICICI Bank NRI department Product team . Its 3 months, I was assured some different job role buy now I am asked to do something else . I don't see any growth in this role , I am not able to enhance my skill.
I am looking for a change internal or external and not in a hurry.

Please let me know courses or skills which I can work on so that I can change to a better role/ job in future .

I’m currently working for a small technical consulting start-up firm. I make good money, have great benefits, and they seem very happy with the work I’m doing, so I know I could move up quickly. However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. I’ve only been at my current company for about 8 months, but I don’t ever see myself loving this job. How do I know when it’s time to make a change?

Good morning, I am a recent under-grad and working as a BI Developer. I’m looking at transitioning to a project or product manager role and I have 1+ YOE. I know the job market is not that great as of now but I’ve applied to countless PM roles and have had no success. Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Guys, i have an offer at Accenture. I'm concerned about the probation period - 6 months with another possible 3 months.

So how bad is this in terms of job security? What are the parameters they monitor during this period?

Industry vets - in your experience how recession proof is insurance? I was not yet in the job market last recession but I watched my mom get laid off and struggle to find employment during that time for the next 1.5 years. I was wanting to hit the job market towards the end of this year, but now I worry that if I do move companies, the recession could put me in position of last one hired first one fired. Consulting vs Banking BA role

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Question is - whenever I compare Coforge with any other people say avoid Coforge.. Why????
