My issued H1B visa is having a difference of one month between expiration date and petition end date.

On Visa:
Expiration date: 6/2026
Petition end date: 7/2026

Usually expiration date more than petition end date ? Or is this expected to be one month less ??

Please suggest if any newly issued h1b visa holders have the same .Infosys Tata Consultancy Cognizant Accenture HCL Technologies

Will an offer made in paper by one organization get revoked if a counter offer from other organisation is submitted to negotiate a better salary?
Also need an advice on should i submit the counter offer even if i prefer the first organisation only to improve the salary which is less as offered now?

Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.
