My kid just started 1st grade. He got a 96th percentile reading at end of kindergarten on the MAP standardized test and had “secure” scores (highest possible) on all the report card categories at end of year. Now, week 2 of 1st grade we got an email from his teacher asking if she can work with him towards some certification.
