My last boss moved to a new account 6+ months ago. While he was in transition mode, I took over his account duties as well as my own.

Instead of being promoted into the open role, they chose to hire external. I understand why, and they were upfront. I myself was promoted later than expected due to SOW convos with client and company policy is not to promote twice within a year, despite capability to do work.

My new manager and I don’t mesh. In this economy, do I suck it up? Or look for new?

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. I didn’t have 2 interviews with the hiring coming and they know that I am not really looking to make a switch. They are now working on an offer letter and I know they’re going to offer me more money. I’m having my annual review this week. Any advice on how to handle a) job offer b) review?

When a company asks us to provide the offer letter we are already having , is it fine to provide it to them as it is confidential.

It means ICOs are no longer open to anyone. You have to be a certified investor with the SEC. This is why Filecoin is conducting their ICO with CoinList instead of on their own. CoinList ensures their ICO is only open to certified Wall Street investors and makes sure FileCoin's ICO is treated as a normal IPO.

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?
