Hello everyone! I am a Judicial Law Clerk, which I have been for a little over two years now. However, I’m planning on moving into the AML/Compliance realm. I have a background in finance, having been a Finance Disbursing Officer in the Army for 6 years with one deployment in that role. I have total 5.2 yrs experience into testing, 2.5 years in Automation(Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Karate). I'm planning to move out, current CTC is 9.5. Is it good time to move(heard hiring freeze in many orgs) & how much expect from 9.5 according to current market?

This question is quite broad and subjective but would love to hear some thoughts. For a couple with family income of about 60 LPA in India, is it wise to move to Canada/UK via the PR route? I have seen no matter how much experience you have, it's usually about building up from scratch.

Been looking into 2019 Infiniti QX50, Lincoln MKC, Mazda CX-5, Chevy Equinox, and other similar compact to mid size SUVs but having hard time making the decision.
