Which Location are you from.
I believe you have submitted in Reception of your Base Location and entered in the register.
I had the same set of questions, But the receptionist mentioned don't take tension it will be updated in the SSC portal by the concerned person.

In SSC Portal, Trace My Clearance Form, you can see the status from all Departments. ID Card related would be under Admin Department.

Which company are you moving
In any organisation I don't think approval is needed to get the resignation confirmed. Once you resigned, your LWD is fixed and that can't be challenged unless you do something wrong. They approved or not you will be relieved by LWD.

I have been informed from my current project that I am released. Should still continue going towards work for the client , as there is no communication from client
Your client doesn't hold authority to direct for work. As you are released don't reply to anyone from client side.
LTM is not at all charging anything after your release from client.
Bottomline, doing such things spoils culture and increase unauthorised expectations from clients.
Someone will replace you as resource, let him earn bread, don't do it for free.
