My manager is being unreasonable, she is asking me to be flexible during the leaves i had planned and applied on workday 1.5 months ago. When needed i have worked on weekends and extended hours almost everyday since i joined in nov’25. What actions can i take? because there has been multiple instance where she is being very toxic like there was a call with stakeholders and i corrected her and she said in 1-1 call that people probably think i know more than her and stuff.

I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?
