🛑 My manager told me that she is not getting option to select "Yes" for my promotion. It's greyed out and shows "not meeting the criteria"

My last promotion came in effect in Oct'23. So according to her, I can get promotion after 18 months. So I can't get promotion this year.

Whereas there are some people, who got promotion consecutively every year.

Not sure what to do now.

I had a HR Discussion after clearing 2 HCL rounds and 2 client interviews . HR is not considering moving above 40% hike no matter whatever I say to justify, the Discussion was like talking to a wall . Any suggestions to get another 10-15% more (first offer)? Will HR reject me stating this reason in HCL ?? FYI- Client and the project team wants to take him in as per their feedback to me and I feel i am the right person for the role too .. 9 years exp -Infra storage domain .

I joined HCL in july 2021 & completed one year in july 2022. Currently I am serving notice period and my last working day is December 7th. I resigned in September month
So when I will get my variable pay of last year as my performance cycle is still not closed.
