How bad is it for a junior to push back against a completely psychotic mid level? I don’t know how this mid level hasn’t been fired because they are even rude and bossy to partners and are a nightmare for juniors. What is that salary after which one shouldn't be negotiating further. Is there an upper limit to that. For e.g if someone is at 10 lpa with 5 yoe he can desire for a 100 percent hike but not someone who is at 20 lpa with 7 yoe. Wanted to know how the yoe and ECTC curve works.
