Does your firm form leadership group trainings? We usually do every summer but we are starting one these last 2 months. We usually read books or watch something and then discuss. If you do them, do you think they are effective?

2nd year assoc. here. Finding myself spending 3-5 hours researching/analyzing issues that should only take 1-3 hours. I know both these companies are from different domain. But still would like to know which is a better choice.

Currently I'm working at BT. However I want to switch to Rockwell Automation in the same profile but as a senior.

Is applying on linkedin and company websites a scam ? I spent my last 10 days applying to 30+ jobs (my domain) and tweaking my CV to relate to each Job desc closely. No response.

I had an interview at Tcs today for the role of automation Testing. Both managerial and technical was taken at once by the same guy. It went very well. But they didn't provided any confirmation on the hr round, just checked my I'd at the last. Does anyone knows what to do in this situation , and anybody faced the same.

Note:I have already mailed the hr asking when will be my hr round.
