I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.

Did you do the NIPT? I just had my first prenatal appt and they scheduled me for the NIPT at 10 weeks. I’m a little nervous and anxious. Did anyone get it and got a false positive? Do you not recommend it? I wish I could ask family but we’re not telling anyone until the 12 weeks mark.

I am going to pursue Higher Studies this year around August. I need to apply papers this month, as I have 3 months notice period in Intellect Design Arena. It's been only six months since I joined this company.
I am worried because I want to work till August to save for my studies. If I apply papers now, is there a chance that I will be relieved early as I have only 6 months experience.
If I don't apply paper and leave the company on August what are the consequences.

Who gets to decide the ctc offered to a candidate? If a candidate is being offered x3 his/her current salary then does it give their manager the licence to overutilize the candidate with insane work? The way I see it there's no real benefit for the candidate here considering the performance pressure on him/her.

I joined TCS as a lateral (yoe=16) about 2.5 months back. I have been allocated to a project code, but there is no work yet. I have been asked to submit timesheet as Non-billable. Just doing some learnings as of now as manager says they are yet to convince client for Onboarding.Since it's not bench code I don't get any calls from resource management group also
1) Will it effect my confirmation which is bound to happen in 3 months of joining?
2) Will it impact my performance ratings etc? .
