While working full-time in a senior-level role through law school, I didn’t have the opportunity to accept a summer associate position - I welcomed a new baby into my life. I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut.
