Personally I described that I liked my work at the big 4, but didn’t want to be a consultant anymore. I wanted to be an actual stakeholder in this work, someone actually invested the change, not the person who makes a recommendation and then leaves for another project with no regards to what actually happened to the company.

I usually just tell them why I’m leaving. For me, I left because I was looking to switch service lines.
I mean why do you want to leave? Just don’t say working too hard and your fine.
Express why you like the company, why you like that specific job, talk about the skills you developed and how your excited to dedicate them to one company to improve it as opposed to partially using your skills depending on your current client base.
