Congrats! I went through this a few months ago but still haven't moved in due to some work. Such an amazing feeling when the right one finally ends up on your hands. Enjoy!!

I’m a public interest attorney and I am on offer number 4 or 5! Nail biting.

Nice. In NYC, we are focused on location as well. We are sacrificing square footage though. What kind of law do you practice?

Congratulations! 🍾

Congrats!

Out of curiosity. How would a company view a potential candidate who has a period of unemployment to study for the CPA. I am considering to start studying for the exam but I know I would need to leave my employer in order to give 110%. I am contemplating the idea of at least passing one part while employed. Then leaving my employer to study FAR. I am considering to leave my current employer anyways, so it’s more of how my future employer would view that lapse.

I have significant equity in a property (300k+) and maybe another 200k across other properties. I have a decent amount of money in cash and already 200k or so in stocks.
