My scope has crept way past my original scope upon hiring. My manager admits that I am and have been doing VP level strategy work under a director title for the past few years. I’ve hit a ceiling with taking on scope to support needs/achieve growth, while not having a formal title that matches my current scope. Growth discussions were happening, but with higher up changes — things have been radio silent. Any advice for managing through this environment now, while exploring other opportunities?

I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Most of the projects I've taken on, I've done so as a way to support others without taking much credit for it. Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. One- I am a woman in a male dominated industry, I didn't go to a prestigious school like most of my peers and I just didn't think I deserved to be there.
