My small local firm just laid several folks off and the general mood around here is just awful. The rest of us were told our jobs are safe, but that didn't really help. We all now have a bunch of extra work to pick up and the only person I enjoyed working with is now gone. How do you keep your head up when the mood around you is so low?

Having an experience of 5.5 years in IT Procurements I have joined on a role of an Associate Manager in a renowned organization. The salary offered to me is 7.7 LPA.
