Speak first.
Keep meeting on track.
Make sure you hit all the talking points.

Oh and as I’m thinking about this more - also have a summary of action items (next steps, who is responsible, and timing) at the end of the call to quickly summarize so things keep moving.
Not sure of your group or content, but to me it means taking complete ownership and authority. Be the first one to speak, make introductions, lead through technical topics/questions while relying on the manager or parter to chime in as they feel needed. Once they say their piece, jump right back in and don’t let them feel like they have to lead the rest of the call (that’s kind of the tricky part). Recap at the end of the call. Helps to have a draft agenda if you don’t already. You’ll do great - good luck!
Also (depending on your level), bring in a lower level staff to take notes. Can sometimes be difficult to lead the meeting and take relevant notes at the same time
Good point!
Biggest thing for me: Expect deafening silence. You need to break the silence and keep the conversation moving. Call out specific individuals when you’re asking questions so you’re not speaking into the abyss.
Start with an ice breaker
Imagine being a client and being asked by a person from KPMG to "tell us three interesting facts about you" on a call 😂
