Any tips for Amazon program manager interviews (non-technical)? Is this a bad exit?

Just started a new job - finished the first week and I really like the company, but the role doesn’t feel like me. Lots of data and analytics and not enough creative elements. How long do I give it before trying to find something else or trying to go back to my old job? Or do I stick it out and try to move within the company after a year or so?

So I recently started a position with Fox. When it was presented to me in interview, I was told I would be working aligned with Fox Sports & Entertainment, not so much News. Now that I’m here, I’m seeing everything I’ll be doing is with the News team & makes me uncomfortable. No diversity, outdated software & process.
Financially, it’s the best position I been in. But mentally in this environment, it’s depressing & slow. Nothing innovative or engaging. What would you do?

I feel like an impostor and have constant panic attacks.

I worked as a maid, janitor then executive assisant from 2016-2020 making 13 to 52k in 4 years. I eventually quit and spent that time watching free online design courses, put together a portfolio and landed a Sr. Designer role. I got promoted to Lead Designer (2 years later; 190K) and have frequent panic attacks about being "found out". I now lead and manage people when I feel like an absolute fake.

I’m curious what everyone’s thoughts are - would you rather go to a late-stage clinical company that’s growing fast, or one of the big companies (Gilead, Roche, etc.,)?

I’m burned out from consulting and want to find a chiller role, but don’t want to just be bored as a cog in a huge company.

When resigning, do you have to disclose the name of your next employer?

I can’t find any language stating I have to in my handbook and I work for a large network. I don’t have a senior role and not going to a direct competitor. Am leaving a toxic team and am worried my manager will ask, or say something like we need to know you’re not going to someone we think is a competitor.

I joined a banking company post MBA from one of the top B school of India. However, the job does not aligns with my interest. I'm more inclined towards tech roles and I have been applying externally for product manager role for last 4 months. New joiner are not allowed to switch to other roles internally till they complete 2 years.
But, I'm not getting shortlists as most of the PM/APM roles requires prior PM experience. Can anyone please let me know what to do in such a situation.

Does anyone else find it more stressful in some ways to deal with small clients? As a 1st year I field cold calls, and ended up dealing with a small claims matter where he just wanted help dealing with papers he was served with + next steps. I’ve been prioritizing other things, but I feel bad for the dude so have been putting some time into walking him through this. It’s tough because it isn’t a huge sum compared to what I usually work with, but for him it’s basically life-changing.

Are there any consequences of accepting two offers from different countries and end up joining only either of them? Both the companies are sponsoring for my visa. Given the future uncertainty regarding inflation, I do not want to reject the offers in case the other recedes the offer or work visa gets rejected.
