If others were denied raises I’d be overly prepared when you have that conversation. Assuming they don’t just agree on the spot, maybe ask some other questions if there is a point where raises would happen or clear steps to that. The other part would be negotiations as normal. Make a big list of everything you are taking on, succeeding at, and how you enjoy it, but need the compensation for it.
Document your wins. Like show how you’re managing solo and delivering results. Schedule a meeting with your boss and be clear about needing a raise to stay motivated. If they can’t budge, start quietly exploring other options. Loving your job is great, but respect and fair pay have to come first. Don’t settle for less than you deserve.

Look for another job. Best way to move up and make more money is by changing companies. Even if you ask, the raise will be limited.
