need advice please. I had been looking to change employment for a while, and I got this great position with a 60% increase. The only con is that they don't have good benefits because it is a small company so they tried to make me whole by offering me good increase and a better title now the position that I am going to leave is obviously not good pay but it has really good benefits. would you turn down good pay for a good benefits?

I started working as a consultant with EY 8 months ago. Even though I'm content and learning a lot there, I think there are places where I might easily earn more money. I received a job offer last week from Alvarez & Marsal to work as a consultant at the Transaction Advisory Department (financial due diligence team), where I will be paid more fairly (salary & bonus). Should I accept it? Or would leaving EY that early not be wise?
