Depends on which country you’re based in, the value of your current benefits, how likely you are to make use of benefits at your current company, how much would it cost to purchase the benefits which are a must for you (e. G. Private health care for you/ your family, company car)

Assuming you're in the US and don't need to use your benefits super often, I would take it, then use the better title and better pay to get a new role. Things are tough right now in the job market, but it won't stay like that forever. If you really need good benefits because you're using them a lot, it's probably not worth taking the new role.
