I’m in a rather peculiar situation. I have been in the HR field going on 4 years, I have over 11 years of management experience, I got my PHR last year and I recently graduated with my MBA with a concentration in HR this month. I am ready for a more challenging role. However, there doesn’t seem to be much available at my current company. However, I am going on 5 months pregnant with the expectation of being out in October. I feel like once I mentioned my pregnancy I was in a holding pattern.

Can anyone please tell if rent agreement is required in LTIMindtree for hra tax exemption or not ? If yes then should it be notarized or should it be registered ( registered means stamp duty and all ).
Please let us know.

EAs who manage people / have direct reports -- did your title change when you took on people management? What is your official title now?

(Context - trying to decide what title to recommend for EAs in our org who now manage people. Currently, we have multiple levels, but all EAs have the "Executive Assistant" title regardless of seniority / level / manager status.)

Never cared for DPW anyways….

Please respond DPW. Please!!

Received a mac from American Express but no other joining kit. Do we receive any other things apart from laptop at amex?
Like bottle, bag etc

I got that coveted big law job.

But I would much rather want a family of my own and someone to hug and kiss, something I feel really sad about around christmas.

Never had much contact with my dad, and two years ago, I broke off contact with my mother because I realized that she had been a manipulative narcissist my entire childhood.

Working 50-60h weeks on average doesn’t help your dating life though, and who would want to date someone with no family anyway

Does anyone know what the utilization target is for a C in Tech?

How old is too old to live at home? I want to save money but I’m getting older..

Hi People,

Do people get help in code if they get stuck anywhere in any project?

Await replies🙂

First year litigator still waiting for that summer slowdown everyone keeps talking about….at this point I could take 2 months off and still hit the billable target. I was told there would be “ebbs and flows” but this has just been a 9 month barrage with no end in sight

Cue friends with kids leaving me on read at 3pm on a Friday. Message with you next week, I guess. Really starting to see that I just need to move on from these friendships.

Hello all,
I have been selected as a Technical Consultant for PWC India On-campus and they have mentioned that Internship starts from January, but there is not particular mention about a Internship Offer letter. And so far the Placement cell has only circulated a Offer acceptance google form. There is no official notification from PWC India as well. What else can I do?

Has anyone in here ever successfully pivoted from a media relations/external comms role to something more internal or integrated comms focused? Or even content marketing?
Curious to hear how I can break out of just traditional PR/media relations!

When giving notice, do you tell them which firm you’re going to? If no, how do you get out of the question when they ask.

Additional Posts in Salaries In Sales

I sell around 3mil year in a commission free workplace. What would you say is fair pay?

120 base, 50 OTE bonus, sales engineer, 3 YOE, HCOL

Company on track for 22 goals. Traditionally included 2% profit sharing at YE, this year however comes with a unique caveat.

The CEO added a qualifier, to be eligible for the payout one must agree to and sign a binding arbitration agreement. In the CEOs email to staff he indicates these agreements are standard in most companies and typically required for new hires.

I’m curious to get insight from others. Is this standard practice and generally required for new hires? Something feels off.

Apologizes if this is a dumb question: but do companies keep the same pay for every employee regardless of location?

For example: paying someone a base of 80k in Georgia vs paying someone 80k in California

or do they make exceptions when it comes to base salary on location?

How much does a SM for Total Wine & More makes?

Business Development Manager in Industrial Sales looking after one particular segment across Canada. 5.5 yrs total Industrial Sales Experience

Quota of 180-190M which is contributed across many other team members.
90K Base to 115K OTE.. Commission capped 2x Base(180K).

Looking to switch into Tech Sales. Any recommendations on how to make switch to attain best financial transition?

Owner of a power washing company, in the DC metro area. Looking to hire a commercial sale executive with a quota of 400-500k for year 1 within our 9-10-month season. Wondering what that looks like from a compensation standpoint?

Full disclosure: This is my second company. I have been solely responsible for 3-4 million in sales/revenue across this and my now sold commercial cleaning company. I have no training whatsoever, and am not a sales manager. Looking to make the best hire. HELP!

Question: I am on an AE Hiring process. the HR said the salary range is 60k to 70k plus commissions and bonus. I told them, I am looking for 80k, considering my current salary and experience. So far I already had 3 interviews, things are doing well, only one more. Do you think usually companies can go high than the salary range, even though they told me the salary was less than I am expecting?

Anyone familiar with the compensation range at SEI for their staff consultant role?

Have you heard of a hospitality sales director job that is hourly but based on 48 hours per week before overtime pay? How did you quantify the salary negotiation based on moving from a salaried position to hourly with the required hours per week of 48?

Let's help each other out! Use this thread to drop your position, salary, and location!

Need advice from Supply chain professionals
I am working as Lead hand (managing 6 people) in Current work making 50k a year in Canada
I have Finished Six sigma Green belt & after adding that on Resume along with 5 years of Warehouse experience, i got few interviews & was offered around 60k a year
Currently i am about to give CSCP (Certifed supply chain professional) exam.
What Base salary should i expect after getting Certified & 5 years of exp in Warehouse/operations/Management role?

Super curious to understand commission structures for those in tech solution sales. What’s your base comp? What % of GM hits your bottom line? I’m currently at 95k base, realizing 8% at an estimated 40% GM. Unsure if this is a competitive structure.

140K including OTE in mid market sales.

Looking for remote IT, Saas, tech, etc. sales positions available. Any recommendations on a company (or specific position) to start at? 1.5 YOE

Would you rather stay within your country HQ as AE or move to Spain HUB to take advantage of fiscal tax competitive pay? (Beckham law, 24% flat). The Spanish role is sales representative, instead the in country is AE. Not sure about salary difference; more or less: AE 90K, SR 55K.

Hi! I m fairly new to the Sales part of the job although have 5 years experience in customer service. What would be a good Sales support salary? I seem to be doing everyone s work and but my base pay is extremely low and I have no commissions although I ve managed to work out a little over a quarter million pound profit for just my manager alone in this Q3.

10 years at my company as an Account Manager. OTE is $115K base and $150K Variable.....265K OTE. Although haven't received an increase in 5 plus years. Generous benefits and stocks.

Does anyone have recommendations for resources to help "translate" commission structures in sales? I'm in a role with only a base salary looking to pivot to a more traditional sales role but am nervous about getting low balled.

Thanks in advance!

Why is the basic for a Inchcape sales executive only £16560 surely that’s not right it’s 2022 not 2005?
