Need Advice: PWC vs HCL Offer

Hi All,
I am currently working as a Technical Lead at Wipro with 5.5 years of experience in GCP Data Engineering, earning 15.9 LPA.
I have received offers from:
PwC - 25 LPA (fixed)
HCL - 28 LPA (fixed) (Client: Verizon, required to report to the client office from Day 2)
I am confused about which offer to choose. My key concerns are:
Work-life balance
Career growth and learning
opportunities
Brand Value and Long term benfits

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. When I am looking at an email attachment in Outlook it shows the Google Chrome logo but when I open, it opens in Adobe which is what I want. Even though it is opening an Adobe, my boss would like it to show the Adobe icon instead of chrome next to the attachment… anyone know how to do this ?

But did not received offer letter yet
Trying to reach recruiter but they are not receiving my calls either from last week.

Hi need suggestions, i just joined HCL technologies noida , as a tech lead, its been 2 months only , and my reporting is to group tech manager, and he's giving me hard time to settle in and understand the project. Feeling like being pressurized to do things fast.
What should i do, i am very confused, when i start liking the project he again made some sarcastic comments and pressures me , even i am utilizing my weekends to unterstand it faster.

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.
