Need advice regarding my KGS offer status. My original DOJ was 4th May, but due to my 90 days notice period, my LWD is 2nd June. HR updated my offer letter with a new DOJ of 8th June, and I accepted it. Since then, I haven’t received any communication from HR. Has anyone faced this before? Does this usually mean the offer is still valid or should I be concerned? In the portal, the status only shows “Offer Accepted.” Is there any other way to check the offer or onboarding status?

I have two mortgages, one at 3% and one at 4.25%. Is there any benefit to paying either of them slightly higher than the minimum payment requirement (ie, maybe like $200/month more)? Additional factors to consider, my HYSA currently yields 3% and I am looking to buy another property in about 2 years and would prefer to not sell the either of the two properties currently on mortgage.
