I’m an Associate Software Engineer (5 LPA), ~1.5 years experience. I’ve worked on .NET, React, React Native, asic Angular, Azure CI/CD, and MOVEit automation. I’ve handled high-pressure production/debugging situations and won 2 team hackathons.
I’m evaluating my next step:
1. switch around 2 years, What skills should I focus on next (backend depth, system design, cloud, AI)?
2.How should I prepare, What salary range is realistic for my profile?
