Salary: $229k base + $25k/year equity + $0 bonus = $254k TC
Hybrid in SF

Ex-MBB EM (BA -> M7 MBA -> Associate -> EM, left as 1+1 EM, took 1y sabbatical). 8.5 YOE, 6.5. at McK. First operator role. They’re calling it “Senior” but verbally saying “fast track to Principal in 12-18 months” which sounds vague.

Is this good exit from McK? Should I be coming in at Principal given MBB EM background?
