Need help/advice on which offer to take.

Deloitte - Tax Consultant II, 77k base plus 5k sign-on, accrual PTO

Berkowitz - Experienced Associate, 85k base, 2k sign-on, up 20% bonus based on billable hrs paid every qtr, unlimited PTO

Both are in Private Equity/Real Estate tax which is the field I want to pursue. I have 1.5 YOE in public accounting. Not sure which to choose. Since I'm early in my career, Deloitte would be a resume booster but I lose on comp. Berkowitz has strong comp but not Big4 @

Is it okay to leave PWC SDC due to bad work culture with in 6 months? Will it have any impact in the future growth? What could be the negative impact?what reasons can be mentioned to the future HR? PwC Pwc AC Deloitte Deloitte USI

3L with mostly A’s and B’s. I am having the worst luck trying to find work for after school and my experience working with lawyers has left me completely dejected. I cannot get an interview to save my life. I was so excited to get an externship summer after 2L with a small business and IP firm only to get yelled at on the phone a few times for not doing an assignment correctly. Mind you, I was working FOR FREE as it was a school connected externship. That made me never want to work in the law.
