I worked at this company for only 2 months The work culture was very toxic and the workload became difficult to handle, so I left without serving the notice period.

Now I’ve received a Full & Final settlement asking me to pay around ₹11,000 as notice pay recovery.

As a fresher Currently, if I don’t pay this amount, can it affect my future background verification (BGV) or career? Has anyone faced a similar situation? Any genuine advice would be appreciated.

Any thoughts on AlixPartners London culture? This would be for a Director role in their Enterprise / Performance Improvement team.

Most of the companies look for JAVA full stack with Angular. And when we encountered with interviews we just got evaluated on JAVA 8, Spring Boot etc. If person having 10+ experience in which first 6-7 years working in Java 7 and since last few years working in Angular still they mentioned our primary is Java and angular good to have.

Being the curious, how could be all skills mentioned in resume would be current skill.

And then ask Java dev to work on angular and they mess up things.

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
