Last year i had an unfortunate incident hence couldn't perform well. Was given NI.. no bonus no increment.

Consequently, It's still a rough time but i am now put into PIP. There is a plan devised by the manager. Not in a position to prove, stretch or improve, not the right time really. I wont be able to give even my average.

Shall i simply resign? Any problems or caveats if resign in PIP? Any guidance? Any idea on barclays policies related to this?
