Need suggestion urgently I m in capgemini joined 7months back and I have been put to PIP: The project is very urgent interms of infra devops. Everything comes urgently even if I dont know anything about it. They took project from tcs which tcs was about to do with 5ppl but they took only 1 resource here. Now they have an image that 1 dont know this tech(even they have my resume abt last company works) and I m doing well after asking other person.

Hi all! I picked up a part time job as “computer support” a few months ago and have since found myself doing a lot more than anticipated. I handle installation and maintenance of Burglar systems, access control, video surveillance, network systems, POS workstations, VoIP, and payment terminals. I took the job with no “formal” education in tech. My “trainer” at the company was a joke, I basically taught myself everything. What do you think would be a reasonable hourly pay for such a person?

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update
