I just got an offer from Accenture Switzerland, Total Comp 170K with 140K base. I have 6YOE as IT consultant and 9YOE in total. I am just upset that they did not offer me a relocation package of 20k because the cost of living in Zurich for a family with 1 child is crazy! Should I insist for a sign on bonus before accepting the offer?

You can always apply for another job and see how much thy pay to get a good estimate. Besides jumping jobs is the best way to get 10-20% pay hike
Then prepare a daily note of all the tasks you do above and beyond kinda like a report and then approach your manager with those asking for a payhike, best case thy might get to 25/hr and say will do it annually maybe
I'm not sure, I know when I used to do these gigs on Field Nation, they paid between 45 and 65 an hour.
This is about how much my company would pay as well.
I maintain about 15 stores, sometimes more if my “trainer” who is FT “can’t get to it”. They give me a service truck, gas paid, etc. but I feel like I’m kinda getting shafted a bit for the work I do, the bosses tell me I do significantly better work than my “trainer” and the clown who had a bachelors in computer tech, who had this job before me. But I’m still hovering at $20 an hour.
My FT job is civil service, great pay, benefits, pension. My goal is to work at the PT job for a few years (because nobody would even look at my application because I don’t have college level courses in IT) to gain some experience and find a gov’t job in IT.
You don't need college level education or even IT certifications to get a official IT job. The experience you already have is enough but take some IT courses to know how corporate IT works.
I am saying this because we have trained thousands of people free or paid. Getting the official IT job is all about skills and how confident you can present your self in interviews. (In other words you have many ways to start official IT jobs)
