Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. I have done my Bachelor's in Mechanical Engg and Masters in Industrial Management (Europe). I didn't do enough research on Visa extension before enrolling into the course and had to come back to India after studies.
Now in the job market my Masters is not considered and all the job calls are based on my Btech degree. Every time I have applied for Big4 or consultant opening the HRs response ends with a similar note ie we consider students with top B schools and hiring is only via campus
