The biggest lie that companies tell you is you can grow in a firm, both professionally and financially. The only ones that grow are already the people a) getting the promotions, or b) on the sales side.

I am a Sales Support Engineer (Applications Engineer) with 2 YOE. I am thinking about making a change because my job is no longer challenging, and there isn’t much growth opportunity in my company. Hello all. My company just went through an acquisition and the company did some restructuring of job titles. When they did this we were all advised the company would be making sure our jobs pay aligned with the national average.
My issue with this is my job title went from a Technical Support Supervisor to a Customer Success Team Lead. I have voiced my concerns with management but have been advised job titles are semantics. In my eyes this is a demotion, and will affect how much my job is worth.

I had HR round discussion on last Saturday with Mphasis, they told me that they will release offer letter on Monday or Tuesday but today is Friday I didn't receive offer letter yet, only received selection mail from talent team on Wednesday.
My joining date in other organization is 13-sept.

Should I wait for offer letter or start joining formalities with other organization?
