What is the salary range for Deloitte MCS Manager?

Considering a move to NTT Data in a healthcare consulting role. Mixed reviews in the bowls. Major concerns are bench policy, staff aug roles, 2 week PTO, and high turnover due to job dissatisfaction. Recruiter and mgr had great things to say around growth and opportunity, which doesn’t align with feedback from the bowls or Glassdoor.

I am an senior associate at a small (8-10 attorneys) immigration firm in NYC. My base is 110k and I get 30% for the cases and clients I bring in. My revenue was 370k last year and I did 250k till April this year.

My issue is, I have so much firm's work that I have hard time to work on my cases/clients. It feels like my cases are supposed to be done after hours (like after 6 pm). My work hours are crazy. I feel this is unfair and since my firm's taking 70% of my sales. Should I ask for a raise?

I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?

I have done my Bachelor's in Mechanical Engg and Masters in Industrial Management (Europe). I didn't do enough research on Visa extension before enrolling into the course and had to come back to India after studies.
Now in the job market my Masters is not considered and all the job calls are based on my Btech degree. Every time I have applied for Big4 or consultant opening the HRs response ends with a similar note ie we consider students with top B schools and hiring is only via campus

Anyone else have difficulty turning around slides in a short period of time (20-30 minutes, or an hour)? Sometimes I need to sit and think about how I want to visualize the information or need to look up examples...
