I have recently joined an account in Wipro. But there is a lot of micromanagement and tracking that goes on. On top of that the shift timings are odd and we also have to work on weekends at times.

I want to get out of this account and try for other accounts. Can someone please tell me what is the process for that? If someone had similar experience please share how you overcame that as well.
