After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

I'm testing SPHR in June. Any advice for securing the type of role I'm aiming for?

There is such a high turn over for teaching now. Most just see it as a job or stepping stone to something easier. I think the high turn over rate is due to lack of training. What do you think?

Hello guys as part of tcs bcg process it is mentioned that Resignation acceptance letter from current employer is required. Is this document needs to be submited during joing or it is needed to be uploaded during BCG initiation process?? Because you will not have that letter untill your employer finally releases you correct?

I just had my first almost a year ago. Ever since coming back from mat leave I’ve wanted to find a new job to do something more exciting. I struck out a lot and am defeated. Now I’m thinking I should just stay put even though I’m not that happy. Interviewing at Microsoft for a Senior Program Manager role. The recruiter said PMs at Microsoft are technical and some of the interviews will focus on technical questions/design problems.
