Neither the experienced people getting job nor freshers then who are getting job?
It's really frustrating like very much , I'm just breathing, apart from my depressing thoughts. How to get job as fresher ?? when everything asks minimum 1 yrs of experience, when you're not landing anything as fresher .

Pros in current role -> High Visibility due to small practice, 45 to 50 Hr work week. Will be SM in next 2 to 3 Years, Cons - TC, Brand Value, Mid Tier Clients. Any opinions?

Anyone leave before their bonus (before knowing what the amount was) and then regret it when it turned out to be a huge bonus? Got a great offer that I want to take but feeling FOMO by leaving the bonus on the table.

And yes, I tried moving the start date and asking them to cover the lost bonus but they said no and it’s still a better offer and it would be irresponsible not to take it.
