Hi Fishers, I have accepted Walmart offer and my BGV has started 3 weeks ago. How do I check my BGV status? I will be joining in mid May. Also, I have been hiding one of the company where I had worked for 45 days and then absconded due to personal issues. Would it create any trouble? They had created my PF account though. Any help would be highly appreciated
I love PwC but I hate auditing. Any suggestions?
Honestly hits a little too close to home

I’m not ATGATT but close. Rev-it makes some really good options for everything from superhero costumes to gear you could wear to court.
15 years of riding experience with 4 full track seasons. 3 weeks ago I was with two buddies in the mountains of NC on roads I’m very familiar with. Hit a tight blind turn that had a ton of gravel at the apex of it.
All three of us went down. I had full riding pants and jacket on and it was totally fine. Other two only had jeans on and their legs got shredded up pretty good sliding out at 50mph.
Moral of the story is you ultimately have to take responsibility for what you wear. Don’t matter how much experience you have, when you’re riding on the street there are a million different factors that are out of your control and cause you to crash.
In terms or recommendations? In general the more you spend the better protection you’re going to get. Comfort and fit will be a personal choice. Revzilla.com is a great resource with lots of videos and gear reviews.
Helmet, gloves, textile jacket with light armor for arms and back. I’m new to riding and should probably be doing better. I’ve been taking it easy though. Will likely get riding boots and armored pants on rides where I’m more confident and low slides are more likely
I am ATGATT because I have 3 kids who need me. To each their own though
Ugly bros for pants, some solid work boots for feet, and a textile armored jacket for top is all u need. If I’m touring or hitting the twisties I have a two piece revit adv suit and sidi boots. Don’t skimp on feet protection for street, even shifting hurts with the wrong shoes.
Edit: gloves and helmet obviously
I wear a helmet, leather jacket, armoured Kevlar jeans, gloves and riding shoes. Might skip on the shoes on occassion but otherwise ATGATT
I wear full face helmet, full mesh suit, full gauntlet gloves, and sport boots for everyday commuting and leather suit for full day rides/track days —> AlpineStars (Gloves, mesh suit), Dainese (Leather suit), Arai (helmet), TCX (boots), Icon (under jacket armor). Good quality with each of these names and tons of other good brands.
