Tea! Black and green tea don’t have as much caffeine as coffee but there’s still caffeine, and tea is great for you
Sometimes I take pre workout powder around 3 so I have some energy at the gym later.
Try tea and try drinking it at the times best for your body. I started following this chart and it's helped
Seriously, though, prioritize sleep. Enjoy that black tea. Put a little milk in it. Heaven.
