New to DT and in last 6 months I am seeing that SDLC practices are very poor here vs the market. Yaha jo cheez PO ya germany wale bol dein, vo poori unrealistic timelines mein la ke deni hoti hai. Nobody even uses jira here, it's all emails and teams chats. No wonder DTDL is still a startup.

My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter.
