I’ve worked on both sides. Consumer isn’t easier, it’s just a different kind of pressure. You trade MLR for constant subjectivity, faster timelines, and the expectation to land culturally without guardrails. Different constraints, same level of difficulty.

Pharma deadlines are ridiculous considering the effort required to do good work. The timeframe is longer because of the extra steps but the client demands are just as urgent.

Path at Deloitte : BA > C > SC > M > SM > P
Path at PwC : C > SC > M > SM > D > P

So can I say as a SM in D , you should only go for Director at PwC ?
