And stopped shift allowance and Broadlband reimbursement as well...
By some sources we come to know that again they are planning to fire the employees... this time maybe they will say Broadband bills issue.

I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.
Do companies hire for AWS profiles with good packages at beginners level?

Eg:

Cell C2= 'ghi' Cell D2 = 'x1'
Cell E2= 'plm' Cell F2 = 'y1'
Cell G2= 'mhn' Cell H2 = 'z1'

The combination of the 'W','X','Y' and 'Z' codes identity a specific trend
I am extracting data which includes multiple combinations of these codes. What is the best way to show frequency of the codes against the category it is assigned to
