(off topic) One friend told me his story when he recently caught for carrying 1 joint. They didn't press charges but took 1.5Lakh INR which is substantially very high w r.t cost of living in India (as per me).
One thing which suprised me was his family was happy to give that amount as there won't be any criminal offence in his record.
Later, he told me police took his statement in writing and asked him to sign as well!

I have joined hcl on 24 th sep 2021 and my last working day here is 18th May 2022.
Today I received my provisional full and final settlement and the payable amount is negative -11454. They are recovering the full AMPB amount which I got from September months.
I have heard from this platform only that hcl stopped the recovery police but still I got the negative fnf.

They cant put me on performance defaulters as I voluntarily resigned and also got good feedback from client.
The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.
This is only option left to get released from this sh^t place
