Rising Star
This is a good offer. Equity would go a longer way, but for the cash portions this is good.
This is solid. Similar industry in a regulatory practice. Left big law 7 years in. My final offer was 185 base 18% cash bonus and some initial and recurring RSUs. Prob similar total comp
Big surprise for some attorneys that moving in-house is that full bonuses might rarely be paid at certain companies. There’s no clear cut you hit 2,000 hours so you receive X full bonus and often an in-house attorneys bonus like all company employees can be tied to the company’s performance. I’d ask about that. Otherwise it’s slightly low coming from big law but not awful for a first move.
Pretty shite
OP tech is a totally difference space than renewables. Comparisons is apples to oranges.

Disagree that this is shit, but it’s not awesome if you’re not getting stock.
It’s good, don’t listen to others on this. Renewables doesn’t often offer equity (depends on the kind of co) and it’s a bit of a phantasm anyway considering many renewable company’s business plan - you’d be low on the waterfall for private companies. The problem here, as I’ve been in house in renewables for years and going back to a firm, is that the bonuses can be more risky than normal bc of performance problems in the renewable space. I’d shoot for 225 and work on increasing your base.
What part of the renewable sector are you in? What practice area?
Is it a counsel or senior counsel role? For a senior counsel role base should be above $225 and bonus is typically around 30-35% in HCOL.
