Offer Not Released By FedEx ACC


I got selected from FedEx ACC company on 04th June 2024 but fedEx team told that there is transition change happening for positions and will release offer letter in a week. FedEx- Acc team confirmed offer would be released definitely and I can put down my resignation so I believed them . After 1 week I reached out to them and they told that we got orders from higher management that offers should be released from their newly developed portal.

Pro tip: live close to poorer people to feel rich. The feelings of wealth are extremely subjective and is mainly based on comparison

What would have been a better offer?

Do you recommend getting appliances home warranty (ie American Home Shield) for rentals or do you deal with maintenance issues as they arise (I’m thinking appliances, AC, garage, etc...)? For reference, American Home Shield warranty charges ~$50/month and ~$125/service order!
